the word fitness! most common word in the world.in the busy and changing world 
people aren't able to remain fit.people are not fit nowadays because of also the development of technology.no one is doing any physical activity. According to WHO (world health organization) more then 650 million adults are obese in the world in 2017.so what is happening to the world!!!!!! the obese rate is increasing day by day.due to increase in obese rate people re suffering from various diseases like stones, heart failure,diabetes, cancer and so on. obesity is taking our valuable life more faster the average life of obese people is less then 30 years if he/ she is get fatter from 10 years old only 10 years you have in your life to enjoy after being fat you will not able to any task and how would you enjoy your life? the valuable life expires on bed........
it is beast but if you try nothing is impossible in life.remember one thing "the mile long journey start from single step".some and take take single step with me for a life changing journey..always remain motivated and say "yes i can do this"
